Diversity in Commercial Real Estate (DCRE)™ is bringing you some of the top industry leaders, developers and professionals for our annual DCRE Conference on July 25-28, 2024 at Columbia University in New York City!
DCRE conference is focused on real estate development, financing, real estate investing, how to break into commercial real estate, corporate real estate and more! DCRE is where diverse entrepreneurs and professionals come together to learn about commercial real estate, recruit, connect, exchange ideas, extend opportunities and network!
I started NREUV out of necessity. I saw the need to help community organizations develop their property and maintain control so that they would not be taken advantage of by seasoned developers. NREUV’s work is grounded in collaborating with the community to help it achieve its goals in a holistic manner. NREUV has participated in the development of over 7,500 units of housing and have underwritten approximately $4.5B in real estate development transactions.
I grew up in affordable housing and it is my mission and passion to work on projects that truly make a difference in the community. I believe it is the responsibility of developers to create opportunities for those living in the communities in which they work. The two beneficiaries kept missing each other. PCC makes those connections for people who lack access to opportunities. Employers are elated about finding ready workers and are proud to make an investment in an individual from an underserved community.
The WFL Collective is the hub of economic empowerment. WFL’s collective impact model, eliminates silos and builds collaboration among partners to help people get to work. As a member of the WFL Collective™, service providers and community organizations can have a greater impact on those they serve by providing access to all the resources they need and direct access to employers through PCC.
